Alicia M. Taylor has more than a decade of experience as a graphic designer and has instructed classes at the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago State University, and St. Sabina Academy. She has created corporate and brand identities, graphic images, and websites for numerous corporations and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries, and she has also been commissioned to create designs for individuals including Illinois State Senator Jacqueline Collins (16th District) and former CEO of Chicago Public Schools, Paul Vallas.

Alicia attended the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas, where she majored in Psychology. Her interest in graphic design was sparked while working at a marketing consulting firm in Chicago, Illinois. Although Alicia has always shown artistic talent, it wasn't until she began taking classes at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2006 that she rediscovered her love of drawing and painting. Since then, she has spent her time creating numerous works in pencil, charcoal, acrylics and soft pastels, which are her favorite.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

I believe that creativity is a gift from God poured into human vessels, and that every project on which I collaborate is a result of that overflow, hence my slogan, "Experience the Overflow™." My mission in life is to use the gifts and talents that God has given me to create inspired designs for all aspects of visual communications.

I received my call to prophetic intercession in 1996, and I am thrilled to be able to combine my two passions and God-given talents, prayer and creativity, to serve the LORD for His glory. I understand that it is skill along with the Anointing of God that prevails in the world today, and that is why prayer is the primary component of every project and every design on which I collaborate.

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God and not of us.” (2 Corinthians 4:7)
